My heart was in my mouth reading this...yikes...and I too 'lost my son' once at a large shopping centre, when I said in Myer "go look at the toys" and when I went back he was not there. No kiddie (about aged 8 then) of his description seen...so I walked along strip of shops outside Myer, and there he was in "THAT" toy shop. Oh gosh. As for your Dad's saying...he is wise. D x
